Allocate some extra time to explore the beautiful township of Geeveston (Lightwood Bottom). 60 km South-west of Hobart, Geeveston was historically a timber town, and the Geeveston Town Hall is a salute to the heritage of the region. Local attractions include the Platypus Walk, Heritage Park and the Hartz Mountains.
