| Originally from the Czech Republic, Martin arrived in Australia in 2003 aged 19 for a gap year which unexpectedly, extended into a permanent stay. Although always considering an art career, the deciding point for Martin came after standing in front of works by the Austrian artist, Egon Schiele, which left a profound lasting impression. Since then he finished an Advanced Diploma of Illustration in Sydney and with a growing passion for art, he researched and studied on his own. He is currently living in Tasmania’s Huon Valley pursuing his Fine Art career. |
