Tallaine Goudey

Tallaine is the creative force behind Wild Mud pottery here in Geeveston.  What started off as a hobby years ago has become her passion.  Whilst she does work on the wheel, most of her pieces are hand built with a highly textured clay that has a lot of character.  The work that Tallaine produces is rustic and earthy in appearance and always unique.  No two pieces are the same.  Each piece reflects her ideology that items should be functional, but also beautiful to look at and interesting to the touch.  Recently, Tallaine has been experimenting with sculptural forms as well.
